I needed extra income for the meantime while focusing on my studies, and I always loved real estate and business so I decided to begin my journey through airbnb to gain passive income. What’s the difference between Luxe E-guide/mentorship and others out there?

Luxe Empire has made it our mission to help others achieve financial freedom and earn passive income through the airbnb platform and real estate. The course is 100% focused on the fundamentals of starting an Airbnb business. We cover all the basics from starting your own LLC to setting up and automating your unit. We truly want all our mentees to succeed and that is why I make each mentorship personalized to the individual .

Do you offer payment plans?

All purchases such as the eguide and the mentorship are to be paid in full. Payment plans may be assesed on a case by case basis. Property setup option may be eligible for the payment plan option.

How much do I need to get started, what are my options?

There are two parts to this question. I always recommend that you have about $4000 to $5000 saved up in order to compensate for your first unit. All that is included with that investment is rent, expenses and costs for furnishing. If you don't have the initial capital to start, don't worry, you can actually start your Airbnb with little to no money. I explain how to do this method with my eguide and mentorships, I'll show you the tips and tricks of obtaining your LLC and funding.

Do you have mentees out of state?

Yes! I offer my mentorship program virtually to anyone in the US. I already have several mentees in different states, and have successfully helped them start their first unit so they can make passive income with airbnb. The mentorship program is still the same, everything will just be done, virtually such as zoom calls, phone calls, etc. The only option that I am not currently offering for out of state at the moment.
